Effective Self-Defense
Sentani-Ryu is a practical martial art that does not rely on strength or size. Starting with simple, fast, effective takedowns, throws and pins, students learn a range of self-defense techniques that work in a variety of situations.

Dues and Membership
Membership dues are $90/month, and include unlimited training.
